Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.
Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future.
Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies.
It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.
Appliances
can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new
appliances
should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

problems with ceramic finish.

I had a Jennair ceramic cook top for 13 yrs. I replaced it with this product. The finish on the new one mars and stains with any spills, even water. I use the same pans and cook the same way as before. I didn't have this problem. A teapot was filled too full and boiled over. There is now a stain that won't be removed. I started with ceramic cleaner. I tried every suggestion I found. Now I also have scratches. Please see the attached photo. I'm so sad. I've had several Jennair appliances and have loved them. This one is a failure.

I had this cooktop for 6 months. It responds well. I wish Jenn Air still made the modular cartridge with grill insert, just like my prior one which is 26 yrs old. Please bring it back.

Had to replace my old one after dropping something on it and it cracked. This was after having it at least 15 years or more.. Cooked on the new one with a glass pan and it got scratches on it? had it 4 days...I cant get the discolor off with anything, so I bought a portable electric 2 burner cooktop for $75 and use that. At least the new top will look pretty good when we sell the house...What a waste of $2300...

My second generation of the same cooktop. I can't believe how poor the design is : knife sharp corners, control bases that don't come off for easy cleaning. The edges have chipped twice for no reason... nothing hard hit them. Only one light to indicate a burner is hot, the old model had a light for each burner. I could not be more dissatisfied.

This is my 3rd Jenn-Air. One drop in range and two cooktops. The range was running well for 15 years before I moved. I did wear out a burner and a knob on my 16-year-old cooktop before replacing it with this one.
I had it 2 weeks and noticed minute bubbles under the glass. A serviceman came in today, immediately identified the issue as thermal damage, the glass surface was not properly cured. He is going to replace the glass.

Our old Jenn-air quite working (16 years old) so we bought a new (2018) one. The new one heats very quickly almost like an induction cooktop. Cleans fairly easy and has more burner room.

Definitely more attractive, easier to clean, and the fan is quieter than previous Jenn Air Cooktop. I do wish the exhaust was a bit more powerful. Skillet and small sauce pan steam is easily captured, but the majority of steam from taller pots escapes.
